Frequently Asked Questions

1. What display setting should be used for the best screen image?

The screen resolution should be set for at least 800x600 pixels. The color quality should be set for at least 16 bit.

To make these settings in Windows, click on the 'Start' menu, 'Control Panel', then click 'Settings'. Now you can adjust the resolution and color quality.

2. Why is CatEdu Math & Science Software offering programs developed by other vendors?

We are offering other vendors' programs in order to increase our product line. Although we are working on our own programs, it does take a long time to bring a product to the marketplace.

3. How are your product shipped?

The products are shipped via U.S. Mail.

If the product is shipped outside the United States, then all instructions and the CD will be shipped without the outer box (If the product has an outer box).

4. Are your products guaranteed?

Yes, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned for the purchase price. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. If the product was paid for via PayPal, then the refund will be placed back into your PayPal account. If a Purchase Order is used for payment, then we will mail a check. Refunds will not be made until we receive the product back from you.
