1. What are the system requirements for my computer to run your programs?
At present, only Windows 95,98,ME,2000,NT are supported for the programs. Your computer's processor should have a speed of at least 133MHz. There should be at least 36MBytes of hard disk space available for the downloads. Ram memory should be at least 16M. The display should be capable of handling 'high color' or 'true color'. Although computers with lesser performance characteristics should work fine, the animation may be slow and jerky.
2. Why is CatEdu Math & Science Software offering programs developed by another vendor?
We are offering other vendor's programs in order to increase our product line. Although we are working on our own programs, it does take a long time to bring a product to the marketplace.
3. How are your product shipped?
The products are shipped via U.S. Mail.
4. Are your products guaranteed?
Yes, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned for the purchase price. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
